Well the time has come for the characters to be developed
this is my weakest area so its taken alot longer then i would of liked.
Although i can see some progress which is postive, im sure after some feedback
i can go and improve the overall design.
I start with basics shapes, i then carried on developing the shapes
till i had a outline for my 3 main characters. The most important thing was that
they well together, i also wanted the design to remain quirky which i kept in mind when it came to the shapes i choose for there bodies.
These are the initial designs for the 3 characters
(Mime,Traveller/wanted man,big brute/chaser)
The character line up and the initial blocked shapes,
the important thing for me was that these characters looked fun and quirky.
I may have to change the design of the big guy a little bit....but ill wait for feedback after all this isnt a area im strong in.
But the other 2 characters i must say there getting to a stage where im pleased im sure ill be making some improvements and when that happens ill model them out of clay before taking them to maya.
